Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Associate Attorney with trusts & estates litigation experience or exposure to issues involving trusts, decedents’ estates, conservatorships, or adult guardianships. The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California Bar, possess a strong academic background from a top-tier law school, and demonstrate exceptional writing skills.

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters related to trusts, estates, conservatorships, and adult guardianships.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case management, including document review, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on trust and estate matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California Bar.
• 1-6 years of litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred.
• Experience or exposure to trusts & estates litigation or related issues is helpful.
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
