Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join a well-established law firm specializing in personal injury and real estate. The position is based in Lake Mary, FL, and involves providing legal support to clients and facilitating transactions across Florida.

Duties:

  • Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents necessary for real estate closings.
  • Attend closings both in-person and via Zoom.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and leases.
  • Assist clients in evaluating and resolving title, boundary, and related disputes.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Must reside in Central Florida, within commuting distance of Lake Mary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong academic record for recent graduates.
  • Basic understanding of TRID, TILA, and RESPA regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar license in Florida (required).
