  • Provide legal counsel to clients on IP matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and experts in related fields to build effective legal strategies.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlements.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property and patent litigation.
  • Top law school credentials.
  • Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a similar field (preferred).
  • CAFC clerkship experience (preferred).
  • Experience with PTAB disputes (a plus).

Skills:
