Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A prestigious national law firm is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its California team. Location:

Duties:

• Work in various litigation practice groups, including business litigation, employment law, appellate, general liability, and construction defect.
• Contribute to case strategy, legal research, and drafting legal documents.
• Assist in client communication and legal analysis.
• Gain exposure to trial preparation, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and peers to develop professional legal skills and explore areas of interest.

Requirements:

• Strong academic record and alignment with firm’s culture.
• Excellent references and a history of job stability.
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Relevant litigation experience preferred, but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the California Bar in good standing.
