Mid-level Labor and Employment Attorney

Andover office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level labor and employment attorney with 4+ years of management-side labor and employment experience. The candidate will work on all types of employment litigation as well as labor arbitrations, negotiations and ULPs, from inception to resolution. Will draft employment-related agreements and policies and provide counsel to clients on the full spectrum of matters arising under state and federal labor and employment laws, including the National Labor Relations Act. Experience representing employers in federal and state courts and before government agencies, including the MCAD, EEOC and NLRB is required. Experience before state and federal courts, government agencies, and arbitration panels is needed. Outstanding research and writing skills, including experience researching and drafting motions, briefs and position statements are a must. Demonstrated case/client service experience is essential. Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing is a must. Admission in other states is a plus.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an accredited and prestigious law school. Strong academic credentials are required. Excellent communication skills are needed. Should be proactive, level-headed, and able to think practically and strategically. Should preferably be a self-starter and team player.
