Duties:

• Manage and oversee a diverse caseload within the firm's litigation practice groups (e.g., business litigation, employment, appellate, construction defect, and general liability).
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and hearings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance on complex cases.
• Provide legal research, analysis, and strategic insights for clients’ matters.
• Contribute to the firm’s efforts in business development and client relationship management.
• Participate in internal and external training sessions to enhance legal expertise.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong understanding of various practice areas.
• Must be a member of the California Bar in good standing.
• A proven track record of job stability and strong references.
• Excellent academic credentials and cultural fit.
• Relevant litigation experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California (California Bar Membership required).
