A law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with a strong preference for labor and employment law experience. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Florida and should possess 3-6 years of federal litigation experience.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in labor and employment law matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide analysis and advice on complex legal issues.
  • Represent clients in federal litigation related to labor and employment disputes.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of legal strategies to achieve client objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • 3-6 years of federal litigation experience.
  • Strong preference for labor and employment law experience.

 

Education:

JD from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Bar admission in Florida.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
