A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 5+ years of quality experience in real estate loan transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with large and complex loan transactions, strong drafting and analysis skills, and attention to detail. Membership to the Colorado Bar or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership is required.

 

Job Overview:

  • Handling large and complex real estate loan transactions
  • Utilizing experience in title diligence if applicable
  • Demonstrating strong drafting skills and attention to detail

 

Duties:

  • Working on both the borrower and lender sides of real estate loan transactions
  • Conducting title diligence and analysis, if applicable
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions
  • Advising clients on legal matters pertaining to real estate transactions
  • Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on transactional matters
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations
  • Providing high-quality legal representation and advice to clients

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Membership to the Colorado State Bar or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership
  • 5+ years of quality experience in real estate loan transactions
  • Experience with large and complex transactions preferred
  • Strong drafting and analysis skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent academic record and professional credentials

 

Certifications:

Membership to the Colorado State Bar or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues related to real estate transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
