Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Provide estate planning services, including trusts, estates, and gift planning
  • Assist clients with Medicaid eligibility, asset protection, tax reduction strategies, and charitable giving
  • Advise on business succession planning
  • Handle trust and estate administration matters
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals in a variety of tax and estate planning matters
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in estate planning and tax law
  • Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
  • Ability to pass required background checks, including criminal history

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice in West Virginia

Skills:

  • Expertise in estate planning, including trusts, estates, and gift planning
