Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be handling matters both independently and with guidance from experienced trial attorneys. Will be drafting and filing pleadings and other legal documents in a timely and accurate manner. Conducting discovery, including reviewing documents and taking part in depositions. Attending hearings in state and federal court. Conducting legal research. Communicating with clients throughout the litigation process. Specific experience with healthcare, out-of-network and clinical denials, commercial debt disputes, contractual disputes, and/or post-judgment matters is a plus. Proficiency in using Westlaw, Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Must have an FL license.

The candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills; ability to understand complex issues and articulate solutions clearly and concisely essential. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
