Job Overview: A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney with a proven track record to join their team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in personal injury law, exceptional advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload from inception to trial.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Lead mediations and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients regarding their personal injury claims.
• Prepare and take cases to trial when necessary.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a successful track record.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• Proven experience drafting and responding to motions.
• Substantial knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
