• Engaging in both physical and sedentary activities related to case management

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
• 6 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on drafting motions, discovery, and summary judgment motions
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated business judgment and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and problem-solving

• Persuasive communication skills and effective management capabilities

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
