Requirements:

  • Experience in construction defect litigation (defense side).
  • Experience drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings.
  • Proficient in drafting and arguing motions.
  • Experience taking and defending depositions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active member of the California State Bar.
