Duties:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, assessing legal needs and offering tailored advice
  • Explain legal options and potential risks, keeping clients informed of possible outcomes
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, developing strong legal arguments
  • Prepare and review legal documents, such as easements and covenants
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring communication within 24 hours
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and changes in property insurance law
  • Uphold ethical standards and seek effective solutions to client legal matters
  • Collaborate with other attorneys to optimize client service
  • Maintain a minimum of 1,650 billable hours annually
  • Assign and oversee tasks for legal assistants as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong commitment to client service and ethical conduct
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active admission to the Minnesota State Bar (required)
