Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trusts and estates associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in estate planning document drafting and estate administration. The candidate will have a desire to work as part of a team of attorneys and paralegals in estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration matters. Must preferably have experience in drafting, preparing, and reviewing estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and trust income tax returns. An LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred, but the lack of an LL.M. can be substituted with the right depth of experience. California Bar admission is required. Strong technical skills in estate and trust planning essential.

The candidate should have excellent research (including tax research) and writing skills. Must have experience working with complex, high-net worth clients, and a commitment to client service. Should have high level of initiative and attention to detail.
