Junior Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated and dedicated Junior Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing litigation team in Glendale, CA. Duties:

• Legal Strategy & Case Management: Assist clients in identifying legal solutions, strategizing the best course of action, and proactively building cases.
• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and remain updated on relevant changes in laws and regulations.
• Court Representation: Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings to represent clients effectively.
• Document Preparation: Draft correspondence, discovery documents, motions, and other necessary legal documents.
• Client & Team Communication: Collaborate closely with partners and clients to ensure smooth case management and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Organization & Deadline Management: Maintain organized case files, manage deadlines, and handle a full caseload efficiently.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Must have passed the California Bar Exam and be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience: 0-2 years of legal experience; recent law graduates with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Skills:
