Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, focusing on the pre-litigation claims process.

• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all legal documents with applicable standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive and compassionate communication.
• Supervise and guide non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • At least one year of civil practice experience, with a focus on personal injury preferred.
• License:
  • An active Bar license in Missouri is required.
  • Active Bar license in Kansas is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
  • Ability to excel in a high-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technological proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
• Kansas licensure is a plus but not required.
