Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and supervise due diligence for energy and infrastructure transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate principal agreements such as purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and financing documents.
  • Prepare ancillary agreements, including non-disclosure, service, and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate with specialists in tax, environmental, real estate, regulatory, and other relevant areas to ensure comprehensive legal support.
  • Manage and oversee the closing process of complex transactions.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Mentor junior associates and assist in their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in energy (particularly power generation and transmission) and infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience in performing and supervising due diligence and managing transaction closings.
  • Strong understanding of key legal issues in energy and infrastructure transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Education:
