Duties:

  • Oversee all phases of pre-litigation for personal injury cases, including client communication, case management, and settlement negotiation.
  • Advise plaintiffs in personal injury matters, ensuring their legal rights are protected while pursuing fair compensation for injuries, medical costs, and other related expenses.
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery responses.
  • Engage in settlement discussions with other parties, including insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal assistants to optimize case outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • An active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in personal injury law, with a strong grasp of relevant legal processes and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successful personal injury case resolutions, including settlements and verdicts.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with legal staff and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
