Duties:

  • Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances
  • Review titles for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions
  • Draft and review real estate-related legal documents, including contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements
  • Provide an engaging and professional experience for clients, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Review disbursement ledgers and sign closing checks

Requirements:
