Duties:

  • Offer legal guidance and representation for clients navigating life-changing family matters
  • Work collaboratively with other legal professionals and support staff to manage caseload efficiently
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all legal paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain a high level of communication with clients, providing regular updates and support
  • Meet regularly with clients to discuss case developments, strategy, and legal options
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage high volumes of cases while maintaining quality of work

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
  • Proven ability to manage a significant caseload effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with limited-scope representation is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active state bar license
