Duties

• Independently manage construction defect and general liability cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, prepare for court appearances, and attend mediations.
• Draft and oppose motions and other legal documents related to ongoing cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal advice throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Significant experience in construction defect, general liability, and complex civil litigation.
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions, along with strong courtroom presence.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills to produce high-quality legal documents.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
