Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from case preparation to trial.
• Handle complex legal matters in federal and state courts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal counsel and updates on case progress.
• Participate in business development activities and assist in cultivating client relationships.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and best practices.
• Maintain high attention to detail and uphold the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Active Bar admission in Nevada.
• 2 to 8 years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience in handling complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort in client-facing situations, including business development opportunities.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Nevada State Bar License (required).
