Duties:

  • Maintain integrity and responsibility while handling complex legal issues.
  • Monitor compliance with internal governance policies and ensure adherence to legal standards.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Washington.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Education:
