The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex family law cases and providing expert legal counsel to clients. Duties:

• Provide expert legal representation and counsel in all aspects of family law cases
• Handle complex divorce proceedings, including asset division, child custody, and spousal support
• Draft and negotiate prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings
• Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues
• Advise clients on legal rights, responsibilities, and options
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience practicing family law
• Specialization or certification as a Family Law Specialist
• Extensive knowledge of California family law statutes, rules, and procedures
• Proven track record of success in handling complex family law cases
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills
• Excellent courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Specialization or certification as a Family Law Specialist
