Duties

• Handle a variety of general liability cases from initial filing to resolution.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and maintain case files.
• Manage client communication and provide timely updates on case developments.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of broad-based litigation experience, preferably with a focus on general liability.
• Strong job stability and excellent professional references.
• Member in good standing with the California Bar.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
