Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its personal injury practice in Spokane, WA. This position offers an opportunity to handle various aspects of personal injury litigation, manage a team of support staff, and counsel clients on legal matters. Duties

• Develop and execute innovative litigation strategies to achieve optimal case outcomes.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs and other legal documents, and interpret relevant laws and regulations.
• Gather, analyze, and summarize case data to support litigation strategies.
• Advise clients on the legal aspects of their cases and provide compassionate, client-centered representation.
• Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings.
• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Collaborate with negotiators to develop effective settlement strategies.
• Supervise and mentor case managers and legal assistants.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
