Duties

  • Manage multiple finance-related matters and transactions concurrently.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and interact directly with clients.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys on high-profile finance transactions.
  • Provide strategic legal advice in the commercial finance sector.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in commercial finance at a law firm.
  • Experience in drafting and managing loan transactions.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple legal matters simultaneously.
  • Strong academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
  • Admission (or steps taken to become admitted) to the bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar , or steps being taken to obtain admission.

Skills

  • Proficiency in commercial finance, loan documentation, and transactions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
