• Manage discovery matters and draft dispositive motions.
• Provide legal counsel on hiring, discipline, termination, wage and hour compliance, and medical and leave requests.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience in employment law.
• Experience handling employment-related litigation, including administrative charges and court proceedings.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Proven ability to provide practical legal advice to clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Indiana State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
