Attorney needed for Little Rock office

Location:

• Little Rock, AR

Duties:

• Handle a significant volume of creditor’s rights cases
• Manage discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution
• Represent clients in court appearances
• Assist with appellate matters
• Contribute to business development and relationship building with clients and colleagues
• Provide expert legal counsel related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and consumer collections

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of the Illinois State Bar
• 5+ years of litigation experience preferred; newly licensed attorneys will also be considered
• Ability to handle a substantial caseload in the area of creditor’s rights
• Familiarity with discovery processes, depositions, and conflict resolution
• Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code preferred
• Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Court appearances and some travel required
• Familiarity with the Illinois legal system

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Illinois State Bar
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus
