Senior Litigation Attorney (Class Action)

A law firm seeks a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team, focusing on class actions, mass torts, and product liability cases. This position provides an opportunity to work on challenging, high-stakes litigation with a team of dedicated professionals. Please note that this role is not on the partnership track.

Duties:

• Draft a wide range of legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda, with precision and clarity.
• Review and prepare responses for discovery materials, ensuring thoroughness and compliance.
• Analyze discovery findings to shape case strategies and support motion preparation.
• Develop detailed deposition outlines to facilitate effective witness preparation and cross-examination.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation, with significant exposure to class action matters.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, discovery-related filings, and summary judgment motions.
• Strong research, analysis, and case strategy development skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., Pennsylvania).
