• Conduct legal research and provide case analysis

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on case strategy
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution when necessary
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in litigation
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (in good standing)
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to handle a caseload independently
• Excellent legal research and problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
