Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Oversee discovery processes, including document review and production.
• Prepare detailed and persuasive legal briefs.
• Prepare company witnesses for depositions.
• Take and defend depositions as required.
• Attend court appearances and represent clients effectively.
• Interact with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Participate in trial preparation and strategy.
• Actively engage in trial proceedings, including presenting evidence and arguments.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Background in defense, particularly in catastrophic injury cases.
