Duties

  • Lead the preparation and execution of depositions for parties, witnesses, and insurance adjusters.
  • Draft and argue motions, prepare briefs, and represent clients in court.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case evaluations, pleadings, and motions.
  • Manage and strategize all phases of case development from initiation to resolution.
  • Interview witnesses, consult with clients, and work with expert witnesses.
  • Participate in trial preparation, including mock trials and trial strategy sessions.

Requirements
