Mid-To-Senior Level Litigation And Cybersecurity Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-To-Senior Level Litigation And Cybersecurity Associate Attorney with substantial experience in commercial litigation, cybersecurity, and data privacy. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and writing skills, a record of academic excellence, and preferably be admitted to practice in PA, NY, NJ, and D.C.

Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Provide legal counsel on cybersecurity and data privacy issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation.
• Maintain client relationships and provide excellent client service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm.
• IAPP CIPP/US certification preferred.
• Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy issues preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Demonstrated record of academic excellence.
• Admission to practice law in PA, NY, NJ, and/or D.C. preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• IAPP CIPP/US certification preferred.
