Duties

• Represent clients in debt collection and subrogation cases, including negotiating settlements and pursuing legal actions.
• Appear for hearings, trials, and mediations as required.
• Conduct depositions and other legal proceedings.
• Gather, review, and prepare evidence to initiate legal actions or form defense strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the litigation process.
• Evaluate cases to determine the best course of action to meet client objectives efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, subrogation, or related litigation.
• Strong knowledge of debtor and creditor rights.
• Proven experience in negotiations and settlements.
• Ability to handle complex litigation in a high-volume environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Florida.
