Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in various areas of litigation, including business litigation, complex commercial disputes, real estate litigation, general civil litigation, condemnation, and trusts and estates litigation. This role emphasizes critical thinking, drafting, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to client service and professional excellence.

Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters independently, ensuring timely and effective progress.
• Provide practical legal counsel to clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
• Analyze complex issues and develop strategic solutions to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to enhance case strategies and outcomes.
• Engage in negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings as required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in the specified practice areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to accept responsibility and work independently within a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications
