Duties:

• Independently manage family law cases from start to finish.
• Assist senior attorneys with complex family law cases.
• Prepare, review, and edit legal documents including declarations, motions, and Memorandum of Points and Authorities.
• Handle case management tasks and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Represent clients in court appearances.
• Track and manage billable hours effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of legal principles and family law practices.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
