Job Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and expertise in structured credit transactions. They must have a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.

Duties:

  • Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of structured credit transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to structured finance matters.
