Duties:

• Collaborate with practice managers to suggest improvements for case management and client experience.
• Track performance metrics and client satisfaction through case management software.
• Conduct hearings and represent clients in court, focusing on family law matters.
• Participate in mediation and consultations to offer strategic legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law, specifically in Texas.
• Active license to practice law in Texas for at least 2 years.
• Demonstrated interest in courtroom litigation, mediation, and client consultations.
• Strong research and legal writing skills.
• Ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., TxDoc, Clio) and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Excellent drafting skills for correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Ability to manage client relations and deliver professional legal services.
