Location:

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including discovery, motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances
• Draft and review legal documents, including discovery requests, motions, and pleadings
• Assist in trial preparation and strategy development
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial matters
• Participate in settlement discussions and negotiations
• Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies
• Contribute to the growth of the firm’s national litigation practice

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters
• Strong academic background and law firm or judicial clerkship experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle all phases of litigation, from case work-up to trial preparation
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong client service orientation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required)
