Job Overview

Duties

  • Represent lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financing transactions

  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and related agreements

  • Advise clients on legal risks and compliance associated with financing deals

  • Collaborate with cross-office teams on both domestic and international transactions

  • Manage client expectations and deadlines with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience at a law firm in Banking & Finance

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex financing transactions

  • Strong commitment to client service and team collaboration

  • Admission to the Bar in any U.S. state

  • Must satisfy jurisdictional requirements of the office location

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar
