Duties:

  • Handle a substantial caseload related to creditors' rights, ensuring timely and effective representation of clients.

  • Represent clients in court and advocate for their interests in various legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Must be an active member in good standing with the Missouri State Bar and able to obtain licensure in the Missouri federal district and bankruptcy courts quickly.
  • Preference for candidates with 5+ years of litigation experience; newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with the Missouri legal system and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Missouri State Bar is required.
  • Additional Bar licenses are advantageous.
