Requirements:

  • Proven track record of handling complex transactions and providing high-quality legal services.
  • Strong understanding of project finance and development, including regulatory and compliance issues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent academic credentials, including top-tier law school performance and relevant coursework.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the Bar in New York State or eligible for admission.
