Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory and compliance issues affecting life sciences companies.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external counsel to ensure the successful execution of transactions.
• Assist in preparing and submitting legal documents and filings with relevant regulatory agencies.
• Stay current with industry trends, legal developments, and regulation changes affecting the life sciences sector.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in life sciences transactions or a related field.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal matters and negotiating high-value agreements.
• Strong understanding of life sciences regulations, including FDA regulations, intellectual property laws, and compliance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex legal concepts.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC, or eligible for admission.
