Requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Bar membership in California (required).
  • Doctorate in Law (JD) from an accredited institution.

Experience

  • Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish.
  • Experience advocating for clients in court and handling various civil litigation matters.
  • Familiarity with trust and probate law, real estate, and business disputes is a plus.
