Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm is seeking an experienced Intermediate Litigation Attorney Manager to guide and mentor a team of aspiring litigators. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in personal injury trial law and a passion for teaching and developing the next generation of trial lawyers.

Duties:

  • Mentor, train, and lead a group of emerging litigators, fostering skill development in litigation and trial practices.

  • Provide guidance on litigation processes, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.

  • Ensure the proper development and preparation of cases for trial, optimizing case value.

  • Use advanced legal software to manage cases and streamline team performance.

  • Offer direction in handling complex legal issues and help enhance case outcomes through strategic planning.

  • Create a client-focused, dynamic, and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in personal injury trial law.

  • Proven experience in mentoring, training, and managing a team of legal professionals.

  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.

  • Proficiency in using legal software for case management and team collaboration.

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar license in the state of Texas.

  • In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
