A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Phoenix office. This role involves handling complex commercial and business litigation matters and provides significant responsibility and client interaction. Duties

• Manage complex commercial and business litigation cases, overseeing case progress from start to finish.
• Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, and participate in depositions.
• Interface directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive briefs.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven strong understanding of litigation procedures.
• Experience in taking depositions and drafting and arguing motions.
• High energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona.
