  • Respond to discovery requests and draft discovery-related motions.
  • Make regular court appearances to represent clients effectively.
  • Take and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
  • A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex legal issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and making court appearances.
  • Proficiency in drafting motions for summary judgment.
  • Experience in discovery-related motions and depositions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
