Associate Attorney Non-Litigation

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Provide detailed telephone consultations with clients on a wide range of legal matters.
• Draft legal documents, including letters, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research in areas such as business law, family law, consumer law, and estate planning.
• Review and negotiate contracts and other legal materials.
• Advise clients on legal strategies and represent their interests in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Manage a significant volume of cases, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active North Carolina Bar license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Capable of handling a high volume of cases and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• North Carolina State Bar License (Required).
